Azure Dedicated Host and Oracle Cloud bare metal instances offer similar single-tenant isolation for regulated industries.
All four options provide single-tenant physical isolation. AWS and Azure offer host-level reservation (you control/allocate VMs onto a dedicated host). GCP sole-tenant nodes similarly reserve physical hosts for your VM instances. OCI Bare Metal provides an entire physical server instance to one customer (no hypervisor-based multi-tenancy on that server).
