I like that the design includes primary and secondary FastConnect virtual circuits, a DRG, flow logs, Cloud Guard, and Vault for BGP auth, but the biggest production risk I see is that redundancy appears to collapse at the onprem-edge-router and possibly the same physical provider/path. Two FastConnect circuits do not provide true hybrid resilience if they terminate on one CPE, one data center edge, one carrier, or one OCI location.
