I’d focus on hardening the LLM/MCP path before calling this production-ready. The diagram has a good base with ALB, EC2 app servers, RDS Postgres, API Gateway, Lambda, and Bedrock, but the highest-risk area is the mcp-tool-gateway and mcp-adapter-lambda boundary.
